Mind Body & Soul

Lunches served at club are balanced and nourishing. We offer a salad bar with a rich variety of club grown veggies for every lunch. 

We strive to close the loop by growing our own veggies and micro greens and then composting the food waste to add those nutrients back into the soil of our garden. Club tries to be mindful of their contribution to landfills and our carbon footprint. 

After our lunches, all members are invited to go on a wellness walk that averages around a mile. We walk along the river which gives colleagues a chance to step into nature and relieve stress. 

When we return to club we spend 15 minutes on a wellness theme that changes weekly. Our topics are connected to physical, emotional, mental, and financial wellness.
